On-site Support Engineer (Hands & Feet) — Vinhedo
Descripción
Hands & feet support for datacenter infrastructure (servers, storage and SAN switches) at the client site. Hardware ticket handling, racking and unracking, and installation of new equipment. Coordination with the site IT and facilities teams.
Responsabilidades
Collaboration with the server and network teams for troubleshooting and escalations. Support for site tasks (controlled power on/off, access to IT areas). Participation in disaster recovery drills when applicable. Scope limited to hands & feet: does not include server administration, networking or development.
Requisitos
Datacenter or IT infrastructure experience. Availability for on-site visits in the city of the position. Background verification (BGV) and company-letterhead ID required before site entry.
